Garbage Guidelines
Billing Information
We bill our customers quarterly. Payments are due by the 1st day of the month.
Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 returned check fee, service will be suspended until paid.
You need to notify our office if you wish to terminate or suspend service or fees shall continue to be assessed.
If service has been suspended due to non payment, there could be a reconnection fee.
Payment Plans - We accept most major credit cards. We can set you up for automatic billing also.

Service Problems
If your trash or recyclables are missed, please call or e-mail within 24 hours or sooner so we can correct the error. Visit our contact us page for numbers and e-mail address. Please include name and pickup address
with all correspondence.
Inclement Weather
If we experience inclement weather, we will not jeopardize the safety of the community or employees. Sometimes our routes may get a late start on these days, or we may not be able to run at all. All we ask is that you leave your trash out and we will get it when weather permits. All Routes may be delayed a day, even if the bad weather was not on your pickup day. Holidays:
We only observe the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.We do not pickup trash on these days, when this happens all routes can be affected. Please visit our holiday page for your holiday pickup schedule for that week. The holiday could affect your pickup day even if the holiday is not on your scheduled pickup day.
Yard Waste
Yard waste service is offered as an additional service. As there are different options available, please call our office for details.
Yard debris must be bagged. Tree branches cannot exceed 4 feet in length or 2 inches in diameter and must be tied in manageable bundles not to exceed 35 pounds per bundle.
Hazardous Waste
The following items are to be considered hazardous waste and cannot be picked up by us. Please contact your local authority to find out how to dispose of these items. A lot of these items can be carried to the retailer that sells these products, call them to see if they accept those items
- Ashes of any Kind (Fire Hazard)
- Medical Waste
- Tires
- Batteries of any kind
- Automotive oil or anti-freeze
- Pesticides
- Paint, paint thinners and solvents
- Toilet cleaners and drain cleaners
- Explosive material
- Roofing Shingles
- Construction Debris
